Yesterday was a great day. I know I have a long way to go, but I am confident I will meet my goals. Now 70 lbs. down, 55 to go. My good friend was so happy she sent me Massage Envy gift certificate. Woot! Thank you, thank you, MFP!!

Thanks so much, everyone. @lmomw2016, you're right, my confidence level is way up! @lisapierce5277 , I have followed my MFP calorie goals carefully, using a food scale. Increased my activity with water aerobics, yoga, and lots and lots of walking. My Fitbit is a great help. Once I started having success and felt the difference, it was a great motivation to keep at it. My next goal is Onederland!0
