HIIT and Tabata workout, no weights

For the last 3 weeks I've been doing HIIT 5-6 days a week along with 3-4 days of running and I'm finally starting to see some toning! With running alone I was seeing nothing! Fitness Blender on YouTube or FitnessBlender.com has tons of HIIT workouts!0
