I am doing HCG lost 30pounds gained 12 back over the holidays. I just started on Saturday and already lost 5.2 lbs. ! I'm exited ...after this tummy tuck!

    hCG has forever changed me! Down 40 with 20 to go for my goal. I've finally stepped up my exercise program.
