Anyone have any recommendations on a good but inexpensive shake? I recently found level life at my local big lots store but the company went out of business. I am a diabetic so it helped me maintain blood sugar throughout the day. I would like one with little to no sugar. TIA.

Buy Jay Robb protein. It uses Stevia. My brother is Type 2 diabetic and is happy with it.
You can make your own shake with it. Add whatever milk, fruit you like.

I like Quest powder, esp peanut butter flavor. Also have Diabetes and these work well.

Much less cost to order on-line.

I'm using pure protein brand powder. Each scoop only has 2g sugar and 8g total carbs. At least the vanilla flavor. Other notable nutritional info: 25g protein, 3g fat, 150 calories per scoop. I like it a lot and it's pretty affordable. I don't have diabetes so I can't speak about any experience there.

    Walmart has Pure Protein.
    Less than $1 a serving/scoop.
Some of the the things that GNC and online stores have can cost upwards of $5/serving.
At walmart and target you can return w/ receipt. No questions asked.

Make it with skim milk. I use a cheap $15 mixer.
