They don't do anything but make your wallet lighter, oh except I heard they give you raspberry burps too.0

Maybe I'll just keep taking them for the flavoured burps then.

No science to back up their claims.
Toxicological studies on raspberry ketone are limited to acute and subchronic studies in rats. When the lowest recommended daily dose of raspberry ketone (100 mg) as a food supplement is consumed, it is 56 times the established threshold of toxicological concern .... Taking into account the high intake via supplements, the compound's toxic potential should be clarified with further experimental studies.

https://examine.com/supplements/raspberry-ketone/There is no human evidence for the effects of raspberry ketones. Studies on rats have used a dosage range of .545-2.18g/kg, which correlates to a human estimated dose of 80-340mg/kg for humans. This dose is very high compared to other fat burning compounds, so for that reason the standard supplemental dose of raspberry ketones for humans is in the 100-200mg range. There is no solid evidence for the effectiveness of the doses listed below. Rat dosages correlate to the following human doses:
870-3,700mg for a 150lb person
1,100-5,000mg for a 200lb person
1,500-6,200mg for a 250lb person
There is no human evidence for the effectiveness of raspberry ketones. Raspberry ketones cannot be concentrated in the human body the same way they are concentrated during studies done outside the body, on single cells.
Put in more simple, non-scientific terms:

What's your secret brower47
A very long time at a deficit with exercise after an even longer time spent looking for quick fixes (I purchased plenty of my own snake oil in my teens and twenties). A very long time with the deficit because I take breaks and I'm not always on point with everything but the trend over time has been a decease in weight (over 50 lbs) and an increase in fitness (better endurance, stronger).
It's no secret. It's the bare bones method to trying to get to (done) and maintain (forever will work on it) a healthy weight and body.0 -

I don't know about raspberry ketones, but I have a huge raspberry patch that yields gallons of berries that I freeze and eat year round. I haven't noticed any difference in my health from eating them, but they taste good and are very nutritious.
