:smile: Hi all i have lost a stone since Christmas but stopped in may with my weight loss and now have put 6lb back on:ohwell: . Am hoping that by joining myfitnesspal it will give me the motivation as well as posting my weight loss(or gain :cry: ) on the door of the fridge each week to keep me going as i still need to loose 2 and half stone to a weight i would be happy with. its soooooooo hard to stay motivated so hopefully today is the beginning of a new me
