Need to stay motivated

I started calorie counting on Monday, March 7. I have to do this as a life style change, not just another diet. My goal is to get healthy. I am a heart patient, and my sugar is running high. I need to lose 100 pounds. This app is great! I don't think I could calculate the calories on my own. In the first 5 days, I have lost 6.4 pounds, .8% BMI, and a total of 6". I know I won't lose this fast every week, and I will need motivation to keep me going.

    I need an accountability partner! I've used this app before to lose 20lbs, then I stopped and gained back all 20 plus 15 more... I would love to help keep you motivated to help me stay motivated! I'm a nurse and need to be a positive example to my patients, not a negative one! I got myself a fitbit and my current goal is to reach those 10k steps at least 3 days a week!
