Hi all, I have lost weight before and then my life fell apart but I need to get my eating under control so any motivation tips and advice would be a help, thank you

    I think we have all been there. What I have found that works for me is to get in the mindset that I need to weigh and measure my foods so that I learn what proper portions are. Sometimes we guess and we are so off base. Next, log, log, log all your food and drink. See where you are at each day. Get a handle on the food part and add some exercise to it. Small changes make big differences.

    I agree with deladypilot..log log log ..stay focused..going on 100 days..logging and staying committed and knowing it's a slow process that works ..friend me :)
