Down 14.5kg in 6 weeks - If I can do it, so can you!

This is my Before/After of 6 weigh ins. Just so you know picture quality isn't the best - also - I don't really see a whole lot of physical changes in appearance as of yet. But I will soon hopefully!
Started at around 140.90KG in week 1. I am currently in week 6 and I am at 126.4kg. I am in a competition to win the most weight in 10 weeks and physical transformation (two categories + male/female). There are 4 more weigh ins left I believe (Week 7, 8, 9, 10) and I'm hoping to get down another 10kg+ in this time. Hoping for a tad more, but we'll see what happens!
Basically - I'm only uploading this to show you guys my progress so far and hope that you guys can take something away from it.
I am training hard, working out 4 - 5 times a week for an hour session + cardio for about 30 minutes a day.
I didn't start out doing all this, just started out by eating less with no extra cardio and weight training.
If I can do it, so can you!
I have got a series that I upload to my YouTube account where I do check ins weekly and upload them. They are a week behind (though I'm a little late with THIS weeks check in) but overall, I am happy with how everything is going and I hope you guys take something from this!!
Thanks guys!!

I do hope after you have finished this challenge you will start eating at a healthy deficit.
Losing over 5 lbs a week for 10 weeks is not healthy, nor something I would encourage anyone to do unless they were under a doctors supervision.
I know that isn't what you wanted to hear, but that is what I take away from your post.
Cheers, h.0 -

I definitely see a big difference in your torso. Keep it up!0

Congrats on finding something that worked for you but like @middlehaitch stated, losing 10lbs a week is not healthy. It will not work for everyone. Not everyone has that much to lose and frankly just not safe or recommended0

Great job! Good for you for making lifestyle changes!0
