I'm so ready to give up on this diet please help me

Okay, if you're trying to quit dieting:
1.) Find your nearest convenience store and purchase copious amounts of cookies, soda (not diet of course), and some of the microwaveable burritos.
2.) Eat those things DAILY.
3.) Once you've done that for 21 days straight, you can say you've broken the habit of dieting!

Cuz I want to eat whatever but I have this thing if I can survive till spring break then I can have one day to eat whatever but it all feels overwhelming

Don't be so restrictive with your diet and you won't feel like it's such a chore to keep it going.0

are you craving anything in particular? as long as you're within your deficit it's not going to kill your hard work where as going on a complete binge will0
