I started my journey on 2/22. I am entering week 4. I have lost 13.5 pounds to date. I am on a low carb, high protein, good fat way of eating. If anyone else is on a low carb diet, i would love to be friends to remain positive, motivated and someone to keep me accountable. I will do the same. I hope you all have a blessed day, and lets start this week strong.
