What's a good way to help slim down your stomach?

Eat at a deficit. You can't target specific body fat, your body will take it from wherever it feels like unfortunately.0

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as fat spot reduction. Eat less food, and make sure your calorie goal isn't too aggressive.0
