    I'm still recovering from a Grade 3 ankle sprain. Ripped 3 ligaments. But when I'm allowed to go back, I'll b e spinning on Monday nights at my gym in Lower Manhattan.

    Normally Mondays at 8PM with the Ottawa Triathlon Club......no session tonight due to March break so I'll spend some quality time with my bike on the trainer.

    2. Does anyone know where you're going to be or what time to expect you home?
    3. Will you accept a drink poured by a stranger?
    4. Do you experience claustrophobia?
    5. Do you get car sick when riding in the trunk of an automobile?
