i have the fitbit charge HR and ive linked it with my fitness pal, but it doesnt seem to sync my steps or anything else, does anyone know how i can fix this

    I'm having a similar issue I think there were some posts about it on another forum apparently it's a known issue. Good luck I'm still trying to fix the problem
