Need help loosing 150 lbs!!

Just started today and would appreciate people that understand the battle of weight loss! Let's help each other

I just had a conversation with a nutrition specialist and he is also a certified cross fit trainer. He said it's a 70/30 split. 70% occurs in the kitchen, 30% in the gym. So, start in the kitchen. Find out what works for you with weight loss and get exercising, even just walking at first, something to get yourself moving. I have lost 74 pounds since September 2014, I am about 8 to 10 pounds from my goal weight. I weigh in every Tuesday, do not get to upset or even too excited as you gain or lose weight, it's a marathon and it will take time. Track you weight numbers, I keep the weigh ins for reference.....Good Luck!0
