Busy mom of 3 active boys, support

I'm a busy mom of 3 boys. (15, 13, and 10) I also work full time as a nurse. I love all of it. However, I have a hard time focusing on my needs. I really need to get healthy. I'm over weight, overwhelmed, & tired.
Between 5 different baseball teams, (basketball and wrestling) the never ending laundry pile, homework, school events, house keeping, and groceries shopping/cooking for myself the three boys & my husband.... Woooof! Don't get me wrong my husband is super helpful and the boys have chores. Some how things just get away from me. We are on the go most of the time. Lots of fast food in the past few years. (Not anymore!)
I just have a hard time finding time to exercise & cook healthy; especially when the boys are so hungry AND difficult to please. (One likes this but not that, the other likes that but not this and the third decides he doesn't like anything, but he liked it the last time.)
When we come flying through the door anywhere from 8-11 pm and still need to cook, clean, shower, finish homework and get in bed; oh and walk the dog. Yeah that's right we have a dog too.
I'm not a couch potato, rather the opposite, I don't even know what shows are popular now.
I have a great family and I LOVE watching these boys grow and play sports.
I just want some suggestions, on how to lose weight, exercise & diet when I'm on the go. Some support, maybe someone to tell me I'm not alone.
The struggle is real, but loving every minute of it. It would be amazing to look great while rocking it.
Oh, I don't have the extra money for a housekeeper, nanny, and a gym membership would be a waste of money. I do have to put 3 boys through college & fingers crossed on a athletic scholarship(s).
Is there anyone out there or am I the only one?

You are definitely crazy busy! I have 3 as well, they are 11, 7 and 6 months. Like you, I am basically in survival mode. My oldest is tracking for her school's dance Academy next year so we are at dance studio 4x a week and gymnastics 3x between the older 2 on top of pt and swimming for the 7 year old. The baby is fairly easy but I'm thinking about becoming an octopus for the extra arms.

The only thing I can manage some days is to just eat less of what I am feeding the family. If I have spare time I can pre-make something good for myself. The biggest thing for me has been a food scale so I can accurately track my food. Exercise is good for overall health but not necessary for weight loss. Sorry I'm not more help, you can add me if you like. Good luck to you!

I can relate to you. We are also crazy busy with 3 in multiple sports, plus work and school. I spend most of my Sundays cooking and prepping meals for the week. It is so much easier to pull out a pre-made dinner and pop it in the oven than to figure out what I am going to cook at 10pm while trying to clean uniforms for the next day :) I also manage to find time to work out, either before they wake up or before I go to bed, although morning workouts make me feel better and more energized throughout the day.

Make the boys help there should be no reason why a 15, 13, and 10 year old can not help out. It does two things teaches them how to take care of themselves for when they move out and gives you some breathing room.

So what pre-made meals suggestions do you have that pleases everyone? I love casseroles but they usually include cream of some sort and cheese and either a pasta or rice. Probably not a great choice when trying to loose weight.

@lesley, the boys all have age appropriate chores that included cleaning their rooms laundry, bathroom, trash, and kitchen duty, the oldest cleans his bathroom. However, they can only complete these tasks "well" when we are home. Thanks for your thoughts. Any suggestions for loosing weight?
