    My nutrionalist told me to make an appointment with myself. So far it's worked. You'd be surprised how hard it is to back out of something if you've written it on your calendar

    (1) I keep it on my Outlook calendar so no one schedules tries to schedule me for something else duro g my workout time--including me!; and (2) I have added some little pamper products into my post - workout routine. Rather thank skimping on gyn locker products, I keep my best leave - in hair moisturizer and favorite face cream in my swim locker. It's a little mini spa treatment to reward me for putting in my lap time!
