So here's my problem. I leave to school early and have no time, my classes are three hours long and when I get out of school it's about 6-7pm. What are breakfast recipes I can prepare at night and take early in the morning. Then not have to take so much time after class to make dinner. This is really affecting my health so please any advice would be appreciated.

Well! Being an Indian I can suggest that you can make simple indian vegetable sandwich for yourself. All you need to do is cut tomatoes, cucumber and any other veggie you like at night. You can make green coriander chutney which can be used while preparing sandwiches for 5-7 days.
Chutney recipe: Finely chopp one bunch of green coriander and 3-4 green chillies. After washing them, put them in mixer grinder. Add salt as per your taste, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tsp of crystal citric acid ( in india we call it as " nimbu ka phool ). Grind them and add 2 tsp lemon juice. Your chutney is ready.
Sandwich: Spread chutney and tomato sauce on one slice of bread and butter on another slice. Season one slice with your veggies and put another on it. Your sandwich is ready.0 -
Make dinners ahead of time (like on Sunday), and have them for the rest of the week.
Breakfast: overnight oats (if you google, there are some great recipes online)0 -
meal prep and have them ready in the fridge.
breakfast - scrambled eggs and sausage links (I made enough for 3 mornings on Sunday)
lunch/dinner - all of the following can be placed in the oven at 400degrees: sweet potato, roasted veggies, chicken (use foil and separate the items on one cookie sheet). Once complete, let it cool and then portion into containers to eat later in the week.
other ideas: oatmeal can be heated in the microwave on the way out of the door. You can boil eggs the night before and peel them and eat them along with a portable piece of fruit for breakfast (such as an apple or banana). Also, you can have Greek yogurt for breakfast with some blueberries inside - no prepping required.
Also - get yourself a crock pot and learn how to use it! look up recipes online or on pintrest - dinner is done when you get home. You can also eat eggs any time of day including dinner and they are done in less than 15 minutes
hope this helps0 -
I've done egg and veggie cups in muffin tins before. Scramble up some eggs, I use a mix of whole eggs and egg whites, toss in some cut up ham (or cheese or sausage. this is really forgiving), and what ever veggies you like. Onions and bell peppers work well. I have used shredded carrot and broccoli with pretty good success. Spray the muffin tins with a little oil and bake until the eggs are done to your liking.
These freeze pretty well. I like them cold so I would thaw them in the fridge overnight, or you can pop them in the microwave. Packs a really filling high protein punch.0 -
I can't really provide any ideas for breakfast because I don't eat it, but a lot of the ideas above seem good. As for dinner, like some of the other posters said, try meal prepping on the weekends. If you take a few hours on the weekend, you can easily have dinners for the entire week. My favorite meals to prep are soup and stir fry. Both store very well the entire week (the soup even gets better as the week goes on), and both heat up well. Also neither of those dishes requires me to dirty up a lot of dishes to prep them lol.
There are lots of websites, blogs, and social media pages dedicated to meal prepping and providing ideas. Find a few recipes you like and give it s shot one week, it may really work for you. Good luck!0
