Does anyone have any suggestions for a good workout dvd for beginners?

Leslie Sansone dvd's would be good..... Also you may want to check out www.collagevideo.com, which has a wide range of dvds from beginner to advanced.

I really liked p90... NOT P90X. It starts out totally doable. He lets you go at your own pace. the second level is TOUGH but you're kind of prepared for it by the time it comes

I like Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD. You do level one for 10 days, level 2 for days and level 3 for 10 days. It is great for beginners.

Power 90 is a good beginners workout. I did that and had results.

I've also tried WII Fit and used EA Active as a beginner.

i find the rosemary conley dvds are a good introduction to exercise, slower pace and still working all the areas

I second Leslie Sansone. I started out with that and the older Biggest Loser dvds.
