I'm ready to get this weight off. I am tired of the doctors telling me my fat switch turned on at the age of 35. I will prove them wrong and hopefully start feeling better. It all starts today.

    Way to go!! Not easy at any age to get it off of us, but with younger your skin may shrink and go back to being tight. Older it is saggy.
