Not new here, but have a new focus.

Well, hello there.
I'm not new to MFP, but I am focusing on a different aspect of fitness now. When I first joined MFP, I used it to lose over 100 lbs. I managed to maintain for a couple years then got lazy and put some of the weight back on. Over the past couple years, I've really gotten into lifting. Though, at times, I was a bit unfocused when it came to that.
I've recently gotten more serious about it and for the first time, I am following an actual lifting program rather than just winging it as I go. I begrudging do cardio because I like the way it makes me feel, even if I'm not crazy about it. Occasionally, I spin and then cuss up a storm during and after. I work out 5-6 times a week, log my food (mostly) and try to live by an 85/15 split of healthy vs. what I like. I've learned a lot over the my years on MFP and now my goals are more specific than when I originally joined. I am focused on losing fat and gaining muscle/lean mass.
I should warn, I am sarcastic, silly, and can tend to have a potty mouth.
Anyways, I could use some friends with similar goals. If my above warning doesn't bother you, please feel free to add me.
