Hunger after cardio?

Am I the only one who is STARVING after cardio, but not strength? Did an hour on the treadmill earlier, wasn't hungry before (made myself eat some eggs & green tea to have energy to run) but absolutely starving afterwards. I can lift for an hour and not be hungry after though. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

    It's called being rungry, after a long Sunday run I could eat a horse.

    I suspect it has something to do with glycogen depletion rates (hence the recommendation to lift before cardio) I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will have a better answer......

    I usually do 25 minutes on the elliptical then 25 on the treadmill. I'm always starving after!

    Good to know it's not just me! I had a turkey sandwich and 2 apples after for a late lunch.

    Literally can't eat after lifting or cardio.
