hi my name is Dawn. I just found this site from my sister-in-law. This sounds like a great site! Can't wait to get started towards my weight loss goal of 30 lbs!

    hi. you've lost 58 lbs? that's great! how did you do it? I used o be a fitness junkie but 2 kids later I've kind of slacked off a lot!! can't wait to get back into it.
