cla and lcartine anybody taking these

i am taking lcartine and cla pills for the past three days three times a day i have lost so for 4 pounds with doing moderate excersie

    I just started taking them. Im doing calorie deficit with cardio a few times a week. No difference in weight except from deficit. Not sure if supplements will help with weight loss but my son trains professional athletes and he recommended them to me. So we'll see.

    Nice job on achieving a deficit for weight loss! As per @senecarr's post, neither supplement would cause loss, if anything else.

    I stopped taking both. I don't notice a difference with or without them.

    I like them and think they help with diet and exercise if5 course.

    They will help you lose a lot of money, but not weight. They are insignificant to weight loss. Just maintain a caloric deficit
