Started my weight loss journey at about 360lbs. I weigh 315lbs now since October. My goal is to be 250lbs by July! Is this an achievable realistic goal?

65 lbs in 106 days ? Possible with a total fast but not a realistic routine weight loss.
Even half that would be a stretch. I did 42 lbs in 6 months.0 -
it's not a race.. you are doing AMAZING!! why set yourself up to fail?
I say keep going and don't be obsessed with the scale ( I know!! not easy to do!! )
Set smaller goals.. as you progress, it will get harder and harder to drop the weight. Keep that in mind and DON'T let it discourage you!!
YOU ARE DOING FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!
