I am so sorry for everything you have had to go through. I'm so proud of you for comming back so soon. When I lost my Jade at 18 weeks, I layed on the couch for the first week and didn't do anything. I ate 3 pieces of peanut butter toast and that was all I did. I definitely avoided everything and didn't take care of myself. You sound like you are on the right track. I'm rooting for you!

So sorry for your loss. Losing a baby is so painful. I too lost a baby at 8 weeks along. You're in my prayers and good luck on your journey to getting back into fitness <3

I am so sorry for your loss. M/c is hard no matter how far along you are. Maybe you can use exercise as a release to help deal with any grief and anger. Hugs.

Well done on rejoining. I was on here last summer, lost 17lb. Then in November found out I was pregnant so lapsed completely but had a missed miscarriage at 13/40. After that I pretty much lost all motivation for a while and got seriously depressed.
I've now been back on here for 40 days and have relost 7 of the 12 pounds I gained back and am finally feeling in a much better place.
Starting to eat better and exercise again has been the best thing for picking me up. Hope you find it helps as much for you.
