Weight loss in only the breast area

I am completely happy with my body, outside of my boobs. I want them to be smaller. They have been smaller a couple years ago when I lost a ton of weight but I was practically anorexic. I was 30 lbs lighter (115) than what I am now. I'm a college catcher so I have a lot of muscle mass. My fat intake is usually less than 30 grams per day and I run about 4-6 miles every day. Any advice??

There is no way to spot reduce--surgery is probably the only way you can make them smaller, but that will only remove the fatty tissue and not muscle (so if you are really muscular in the chest they will still be large).
I had the same issue--was always large-chested, even when I had a 18 BMI. 25 years later, post-childbearing, pre-menopausal, and the weight loss has finally shown up in my chest. It's a little sad now.0 -
If you are taking birth control pills-you might want to explore a different pill.

You can't choose where your body loses fat from.
Your dietary fat intake isn't relevent for overall fat loss - that's from a calorie deficit.
Are your boobs mostly breast tissue or a lot of fat as well?
Surgery may be only option if mostly breast tissue.
If you still have fat to lose some of that will come from your breasts.0 -
Breast reduction surgery is very common.
But if you plan to have children some day, do the surgery after those years.
After breastfeeding a "lift" is a nice gift.

You can't choose where your body loses fat
If only we could choose where our body loses fat! I would say leave my face alone and move on to my hips!
I have read that some plastic surgeons are doing liposuction in the breast area. It is less invasive than a full on reduction. I also read about some kind of laser treatment that dissolves fat - Sonobello.

If you lose enough fat you will eventually lose it in your chest.
That said, I don't know anyone who was unhappy after their breast reduction surgery.
I have lost 10 lbs since the beginning of the year. 1" at my band and 0" at my bust so I feel your pain. I carry all my weight in my torso (belly included). We don't lose fat linearly either, it will come off a little at a time wherever it feels like it. Once you get to maintenance your body will redistribute and even out a little.
Doing resistance training (weight lifting) that strengthens your chest muscles and upper body might help you to carry them around better.0
