Looking for the right tone

I'm getting married in 6 months. I already eat pretty healthy and work out regularly - at least 3-4 times a week. I feel like I have nice muscles, they're just under this layer of fat I can't get rid of!

    Toning is light weights lots of reps as apose to body building heavy weights less reps - according to my hubby to be! Lol! - a lady at my old slimming class used to lift two cans of beans above her head and touch her toes while watching eastenders! She said that helped her bingo wings! ️Xx hope this helps

    Thanks for the advice! Congratulations - I take it you're getting in shape for your wedding as well. I also like the idea of watching TV while doing exercise around the house to help the time go by faster :)
