macro ratios

Hi anyone in the same position as me , trying to work out macro ratios to lose weight ?

Yes. I read their article on it. Guess im starting with how they divided it until i get it right then figure the rest out. You?0

Im currently doing c/p/f 50/30/20 and thats working pretty well for me. Lot a people do 40/40/20 or 40/30/30. Kinda depends on you. I dont like eating a lot of protein and love fruit so those numbers work well. Just keep a protein over 30 and fat under 30.0

Thanks mate , I'm on c/p/f 30 /50/ 20 will give it a month then see if I need to change , I'm getting stronger but not losing weight , I think it could be muscle gains , newbee gains
as I've just started weights , but still would be nice to see some definition.
