What to drink when out with friends...

So, i'm a student so you could say i consume quite alot of alcohol. I currently drink rose wine when i'm out socialising with friends but i hear it is quite calorific. Does anyone have any other ideas for low calorie alcoholic drinks i could have??

red wine. light beer, light coolers that are 100 calories, diet pop and a shot of vodka or rum, limit yourself. Dont live in the moment when you have a goal that you know will be pushed back every time you do. So drink bottled water too it can cut your drinks in half. Also if you want to see change maybe join some active things to keep you from drinking too much, if you need to get up early the next day you will change your drinking habits quick.

I drink lite beer, or a fun summer drink is to ask for a "white wine spritzer" - white wine mixed with soda water. Often it will come served on ice with a twist of lime. It's good with sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio. Basically just waters down the wine a little and adds some bubbles. At home, sometimes I will mix my white wine with a diet Sprite. And I am wine snob, don't get me wrong, but in the summer in particular when I need to stay hydrated and be able to enjoy a cocktail for a long period of time, a wine with soda is GREAT!

Gin is my favorite so I'll go with gin and soda water with lime (NOT gin and tonic! Tonic has calories. But is also yummmmy). Diet coke and vanilla vodka is good too. I'm cheap so I usually stick with the rail drinks :)
