300 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Much like the squat thrust, this exercise works out almost every muscle group and is also a great cardio exercise! While in the push-up position, alternate bringing your knees toward your chest. Here’s how to do them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI8u58hPam4
We’re counting in singles today, so every time a knee comes up to your chest, that counts as one. If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous number by 10!

You can always take a break if you need to.

I'll have a crack at these in the morning. I'm loving these daily mini challenges. At the start of the month I set myself a challenge to do every daily mini challenge for this month and so far I've managed it. Thanks @Tetesandra0

Done!! That wasn't so bad once I found what type of rhythm worked for me0

Done! Was pretty interesting with my 2 year old daughter wanting to go "under the bridge". I was having to stop and let her go "under the bridge" every 25 I did. She would stop half way under and look up at me and every time I just cracked up laughing. 2 year olds really do change the way you work out Haha0
