Hi guys. This is my first time here. I began using fitnesspal in july 18,2015 when I was weighting 280 pound or 112 kilos. Then I began my diet and every week since then till january I lost 3 pounds or 1.5 kilos a week. Religiously. I am since feb stuck in 92 kilos or 230 pounds. As you can see I've lost a lot and I am very proud of myself but I don't seem to loose more weight. A divorce is a good incentive, I can tell you that

Hi! I know how frustrating it can be to get stuck. I was stuck for about a year. I joined a research study and one of the requirements was to meet with a nutritionist. Most of what she said seemed to be common sense. Previous to this I would eat between 1500-1800 calories. Now, they have set my goal for 1200-1500 and I set my diary to 1350(so I have some wiggle room). Before I started, I didn't think I could eat that few calories and be happy. Now I know I can. Would I like to eat more? Absolutely! I am working out 5-6 times a day for 1/2hr-1hour and have been losing. I have lost about 7 pounds since Feb. 22nd. It doesn't seem like a lot, but for me having been stuck it is. Are you weighing your food? What did you do before that worked so well?
