Restarting with myfitnesspal today. I am truly ready to lose weight this time. I got my physical and My only issue is high blood pressure that cam about as myweight went up. My goal is to lose 50 -60 pounds. I want to stop having to take my blood pressure pills. I am walking 30 -40 minutes a day for 5 days a week . I really have seen by reading my food diary that I have to reduce my eating a lot. wish me luck.:happy:
