Anyone here use JeFit App?

I just started using this app and the prebuilt workouts.
However it annoys me that there is a mandatory 60 second rest period between each set - I don't need that much time. I tried to go into settings and change rest time to 1 second BUT it didn't change anything - likely because it's a pre-designed workout.
Anyone know if you can turn that off somehow?

Rests are necessary when lifting. Especially as you lift heavier. Try to use the rest periods to get some steps in. I use Jefit to do PHUL program and I get an extra 3000 steps in during a 60 minute workout.0

If you to into the jefit website then to 'my routines' you can edit the rest period for each exercise to match what you want. At the top of that days workout there is an 'edit' button then once it's in the edit screen you'd again click the edit button at the bottom of the page.
short version: my routines -> edit ->edit -> modify the timer0
