Hit a Plateau

Options
What are some tips for those of us who have hit a plateau? I've lost 25 pounds but want to go down 20 more and I've been stuck for almost a month.

    I'm used to these plateaus and have been able to push through them myself. If you have an event than getting down to that number through water and carb manipulation is easy peasy. For it to be your stable weight it will be a little bit trickier.

    Lift weights
    fasted cardio
    carb cycling

    I had a back injury that has kept me out of the gym. I suspect I am not eating enough to compensate for being more sedentary. I log every day and find it hard to get enough protein in. Right now I'm taking in about 1300 calories. I'm still in the lose-it stage and need to jump start my routine.
