I really didn't think I'd be able to drag myself to the gym tonight, (I'm putting it down to the midweek slump) but as always I'm glad I did! If you're procrastinating right now JUST GO, you know you'll be glad you did after!

So true. I make myself do 10 minutes, and then if I want to quit I can. 90 percent of the time though, I feel like cranking out a good workout.

That is so true and applies to the gym, getting up to walk or run, doing exercises, all of the above.

This is so true! An hour ago I was on the phone with my sister complaining about my bad day and I said I'm going to go take a nap. Instead I did cardio for 45min, and I feel SOOOO much better.

This is how I tricked myself into going too! I said I'll go for half an hour max just enough to put me back under my calorie goal for the day but as always once those endorphins kick in you find yourslef doing something amazing!

i wish i had a gym closer lol. but i agree with everyone else that this is true for any kind of workout. i often don't want to do anything but a mile into my walk i always end up doing another :)

something sedentary stays sedentary while something is motion stays in motion... so get up and get in motion!
