Laying on the ground, raise both legs 6 inches from the ground and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat five times.

Done! Worked my squat, pushup and mini challenge into a circuit style workout today
Key with these is to make sure your back does not arch off the ground! Keep it flat. So if you can't hold it that low without an arch you need to raise your feet till you can hold the position with a flat back!
Needless to say I had to raise my feet after a while lol!0 -
