You can't outrun a bad diet. It's a horrible cliché, but it's totally true. You can exercise for hours every day, but if you aren't burning more calories than you eat, it's not going to help from a weight loss perspective.0

Yes i do weigh eveeything i eat.. ive cut right down even to the point i dont eat any crap... i tend to burn just a bit more calories than what i eat... but im constantly feeling hungry andnits a awful feeling0

Can you open your diary? Without seeing what you've been doing, it's hard to give useful advice.
Generic advice would be that yes, it's slow. That's because counting the calories and relearning portion sizes is a lifestyle change, not a diet. It's also you changing established habits, which is really hard to do. It takes a lot of time, but when you're done, you're more likely to be able to keep the weight off and not yo-yo back up and down.0
