Every day is walking outside. On top of that, I alternate lifting days and runs/sprints/hard "cardio" days. Then one or two days a week are rest days, usually with fasting.

2 days, I know, I could be fitter and stronger if I did more, but I don't care, 2 days is enough to keep me good enough. Diet is far more important and trumps anything you can do in the gym anyway (as far as fat loss/control goes).0

~2 days off a month, several days have multiple events like run lunch, gym evening or two runs in a day or something. It seemed impossible before but now it's just normal. Tomorrow is an off day!

Started for 6 days but sometime a do get a double training morning-afternoon. I do 4-5 cardio and 4-3 weight lifting (not heavy), bodyweight crossfit or calisthenics.0

Twice a day 3 days a week and once on the other 2 days. Started off doing 7 times per week once a day and worked up to 3 times a day, but got to the point where I was so tired at the weekend that I couldn't function properly. Spoke to my trainer (who didn't know exactly how much I was doing) and was on the verge of overtraining so we worked out a plan to allow me to continue feeling like I was doing enough but also gave me the rest I clearly needed. Still hate rest days but know I have to have them.0

3-5 with 3 being my minimum and 5 being my max. I always take Wednesday and Sunday off to give my body a break and get other things done.0

Doritos!0 -
Goal is 6, but I don't beat myself up if it's only 5. Life happens, and usually 2 of my 6 are 1+ hours.0

5 or 6, depending on the weekends plans. M, W, F, I lift. I run the other days, for at least an hour. I'll skip a cardio day before a weight day.0

3-6 depending on what I have going on that week.0

6 days a week. Due to a challenge at my current gym.
I have 1 day each dedicated to my major muscle groups, that are then paired with a minor such as biceps, calves, forearms, triceps.
Then I throw In one compound and one accessory movement focussing on a different different major group in order to have slightly increased volume, without having 2 fully dedicated days a week.
Followed by 2 dedicated abb and oblique days just to spread out my upper body days allowing them time to recover.
