Hello from Yorkshire, England

Hello!
I've had a potter around the boards here and figured I'd say hello!
On a mission to lose a bit of podge and keep it off, no target as such other than to fit back into my summer dresses for the three or four sunny days we are likely to get over the summer!
My battle is with portion control, I eat well just too much!
And I also like wine...!
