I'm not able to lose anymore weight. Please help.

I was 116 in December and been losing about a pound a week by eating less. Now I'm stuck at 107. Can you please help me?

  Seems like you went from 116 in December to 107 in March ... So clearly you are losing weight.

  It's hard not getting discourage. I'm not weight training but I can start. Any suggestions?
