Hey everyone,

After a long of having a "why bother" mindset, I'm trying to become healthy. I've tried many times before, but always have up before I could make any really progress. Well, this time I'm sticking to it. I'm about a week into keeping track of my calories, and I've had my first small success of going from 160.5 to 159.3!

I don't really have friends and family that can (or will) do this with me, so I'm hoping to make some new friends on here! I think it will be very motivating to finally become part of this community.
