Wow! So inspirational guys! I hope I'll be there in a year or two. Have to keep the end goal in mind.0

What also amazes me looking at these photos (and also guys big congrats to you all!) Is how much taking off weight changes the appearance of some people - some of you look noting like your before photos!
Now I can understand why people walk pass me and I have to stop them as they don't always recognise me. I guess it a version of what you guys have done. I'm keeping a note of this inspirational thread to keep me on track!1 -
My heaviest (on the sea wall at 16.9 stone, ergh!) weighed 16.9 stone 28th December 2015, today March 16th 2016 I weigh 13.5 stone :-) 3 Stone in just 3 months, how? No pizza, No booze, 1000 calories on my exercise bike everyday and 10 zillion sit ups. Roll on summer!
Why did I let myself go? Hmm I got comfortable, then dealt with grief ( widowed at 30 due to a car crash ) and then never really ate right again, I get wicked insomnia ( due to what I went through ) so my sleep / eating patterns for the last 5 years have been terrible.
However now I've moved to the coast, sea air and 1000 calories a day = sleep ( well not great but 5 hours a night which is better than the 2/3 hours I was getting ) and I feel tonnes better :-) Still got a way to go to get to 11 stone for summer, but for my 5'7 height and my curvy figure I think that's bang on.
Add me if you like :-)

For medical reasons I used to have the most difficult time building strength and mass through my teen years. After I had my daughter I decided taking care and bettering myself for her was top priority. Plus always being the scrawny and weak kid got kind of old quick. This is before and after my 8 month journey from heavy weight lifting and dedicated nutrition. 145 lbs to 183 lbs of muscle . Many years of fitness to come and stay at it whether you losing or gaining weight! Keep your sights fixed on your goal and reach it! You all look freakin fantastic and very inspiring!
Only 8 months!? Superb job! How tall are you?0
