Is sugar in fresh fruits good or bad? It natural of course but when I watch weight loss programs they seem to be against fruits and tell us to focus more on vegetables. I'm confused. I guess I'm trying to ask......What's the pros and cons of fruits in your opinion?

Sugar is sugar. Some fruits can be higher in calories, which is probably why they suggest it. I personally don't even bother tracking sugar, instead going with fiber.

I do not track sugar from fruits and vegetables.
Kind of hard to eat more than 2 servings of fruit per day.

I agree. It's easier for me to do vegetables anyway. Fruit can be more expensive depending on the season. Vegetables are easiest because you can stick them in sandwiches and soups. Thanks for the input.
