Just started today, not a beginner at diets and exercise. Not a good start seeing I'm starting out with a few small frozen pizza's lol but that will change right away. I'm hoping to get motivated with this program. My name is Jeremiah and my goal is to knock out all processed foods. I'm an all or nothing type of guy and I seem to just bounce between 150-160. Lets see how things go! Thanks.
