Do you mean the amount of calories burned? When I checked it on another site, it was around 190 calories burned for an hour. Hope that helps!0

i used to do pilates quit a bit and really loved it and the results! it is basically a strength training program that really targets your core (abs and such). while i was doing it i really noticed a difference in my mid section (alot of slimming and got stronger) i also noticed that my flexibility greatly increased! it helps to strengthen and lengthen your muscles so you don't get bulked up. i used the windsor pilates dvd set which i definitely recommend!0

:explode: I didn't like pilates very much. I'm not very flexible.

I like Pilates a lot and have been including it in my workout for several years. It is really great for improving your core. I use a book by Brooke Siler called Pilates Body. With this book you do not need ANY equipment. Just be careful, start out slow and don't try to do too much. This is a strength training program so a little goes a long way when your just starting out.0
