    You are so beautiful, but even more impressive is the long-term commitment you've made to your health and wellness. I've been on a similar journey that is taking much longer than I'd like and just recently returned to MFP. Each day I'm inundated with quick-fixes, trending diets, cleanses, etc that promise results without hard work.
