Hi. My name is Debbie and I am 63 years old. I am considered obese and keep trying to get back to normal but am having a very rough time of it. I have a very hard time getting my mindset right to do it and hope I can.

I just hit a slump in my journey and have forced myself to remember why I'm trying to do all the things I'm doing. What really helped me was pre-planning meals (then sticking to them), pre-planning workouts (and following my calendar), and also printing out some motivational quotes and placing them in easily viewed places (ie: fridge, wine rack, cabinet). If you want to add me as a friend, I'd be happy to help encourage and motivate you to get in the swing of things. Eventually it'll become second nature...just got to force yourself to get to that point. Good luck!0

Hi. I've lost 34 pounds. I am trying to lose any additional 25 to 30 pounds. I have changed my eating habits (whole foods / avoid processed foods) and included regular workouts (elliptical, cycling and weight training). However, I've hit a plateau and I am trying to break through it. Friend me if you'd like provide mutual support to reach our goals. I'm happy to share what worked for me and what didn't.
Good luck.
