Trying to bounce back from surgery.

I was doing really well at working out by doing T25 videos and tracking. Then I started to feel crappy and turned to comfort food and put back on the 20lbs I lost previously. Turns out the crappy feeling was from a growing fibroid. After 3 months of suffering I found out the problem and shortly after had a hysterectomy. Now I am 6 weeks post hyst and looking to ease back into my workouts. Last week I started walking more and am slowly increasing my activity. But have not done a whole lot since October and am feeling the pains. I have a long road a head to drop the weight. After surgery I went back to tracking my food and have lost 16lbs; it was easier now that I felt better internally and was craving healthier options instead of comfort food. Now I need to drop 40lbs more and hit my goal.

You can do this! Just work your way up slowly. It's not worth hurting yourself. Speaking from experience and lots of surgery (cancer and injury) comebacks. Remember: slow and steady wins the race.0
