Hi does anyone know of any good tasting protein shakes that don't have any lactose, gluten/wheat, whey, and doesn't have a ton of sugar?

    I use Body Fortress Protein Shots. It has 26 grams of protein, only 110 calories and no sugar or milk. I buy them at Walmart.

    I've only just started looking at these. It can be quite confusing; have you looked on www.myprotein.com? There appears to be some quite good information on there.

    Vega (look up their website) is just shy of being a hypoallergenic protein shake! its highly recommended for vegans also

    I take VEGA Complete Whole Food Health Optimizer
    It's vegan and gluten free

    I like it... it tastes like chocolate and dirt, but i don't mind it especially since of all the vitamins and minerals it offers.
    great stuff, i give it two thumbs up!

    Fit Smart formulated by Brenda Watson of the Fiber35Diet. Whey protein isolate (from milk). Label says "Gluten free, no preservatives or artificial ingredients". Taste good & dissolves very well with water, milk, soy or almond milk. You get 10 grams of fiber & 20 grams of protein.

    ISO 100 Hydrolized Whey

    The BEST protein on the market. Check it out. Its expensive but worth it.
